1. Refund & Return Policy
At Car Core Parts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.
Return window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging, with all parts, hardware, and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Parts that have been installed, used, or show signs of installation
- Electrical components once opened
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
How to start a return Email support@carcoreparts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective/damaged part. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Wrong, damaged, or defective parts If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 30 days with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Fitment Many of our parts cross-reference multiple vehicles. Please verify fitment using your part number or VIN before purchasing. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering — we're happy to help confirm the right part.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the part you need is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
