Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Shipping address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@carcoreparts.com.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days at support@carcoreparts.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make it right.

Shipping restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. Some oversized or hazardous items may have shipping limitations; any exceptions will be noted on the product page or communicated before shipment.
